YACHOO then formulatedan "demand-based" external training program to help promote theoverall improvement of the company, starting from the management cadres, inresponse to the actual internal needs of the company.

Thefirst training was held on March 26th at the Kaiyuan Mingting Resort Hotel. Thetraining was based on the "Five management skills of managementcadres" and focused on "How to create a high performance team".The teacher combined rich practical cases and gave a vivid and detailedexplanation from the aspects of management function, management cadre functionand leadership execution.

Inthe class, the management cadres of the company were fully engaged and activelyparticipated in all aspects of the training, enthusiastically expressed theirpersonal opinions based on the current situation of the company. Moreover, theywere not shy to share their own experiences, so that the training could reallybe put into practice.

Thetraining empowered the company's management and gave the management cadres aclearer understanding of the roles and execution priorities at each level.
